Kauai Inn

Such a lovely spot, with beautiful scenery and well-kept grounds. It felt local and genuine, and the staff were kind and helpful. Hawaiian music played by the pool all day and really set the mood. Breakfast was convenient, and they apparently served fresh-picked oranges from the property. The rooms were as clean as can be, quiet, and had an old-school “Havana” feel, though they were somewhat dated. The location was accessible, and the price was affordable. We'll stay here again when we visit Kauai!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our stay was wonderful. It was peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing, with a constant breeze and a very quiet feel. The rooms are small, dated, and somewhat worn, but they have a cozy local character. There's air conditioning if you need it. A little continental breakfast in the morning was great, and a peacock came by to visit while we ate. Roosters woke me up once or twice, but they're everywhere. There are lots of chickens and cats around, and it was a pleasure watching them roam. Beautiful place, definitely stay here.

We had a lovely couple of nights here. The natural setting and peaceful atmosphere were amazing, with only the occasional chicken greeting us in the morning. Breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. was a convenient start to the day. The front desk staff, Alfred, was welcoming, respectful, and wonderful with customer service. I didn't catch the morning lady's name, but she was incredibly kind too. She even gave fresh flowers to the girls, such a thoughtful touch. If you want a quiet getaway surrounded by nature, this place is perfect. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Alfred's hospitality alone is enough for me to recommend the hotel.

The Kauai Inn has a beautiful property surrounded by mountains, and the staff were very friendly. They even offered us early check-in. Our room was spacious, with a roomy bathroom, a big closet, and plenty of storage. Beach towels and other items are available on request. Breakfast was simple and delicious. We saw several peacocks among the many birds roaming the grounds, and enjoyed the Saturday movie night under the sky. Great service and a great stay, highly recommend.
