Comfort Inn Lima

I was in Lima on a business trip and got a great weekly rate for my extended stay. The new ownership has made some noticeable improvements, and my room was spotless and well maintained, a comfortable place to unwind after work. The staff were outstanding, welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with requests from the moment I checked in. I was more than pleased with the stay, and I’d recommend the Quality Inn to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to coming back on another trip to Lima.

I couldn’t get a hot shower in the morning. I let the water run for 10 minutes, and it never got beyond lukewarm. That’s unacceptable. The front desk person was very nice and understood my frustration, but said they couldn’t do anything because I’d paid with points. What a ridiculous policy. If you earn a free room by staying at Choice hotels, staff apparently can’t help when the room isn’t acceptable. Some customer service. I won’t be back. Stay away from (BAD) choice rewards.

I had a really pleasant stay. Miss Sandy at the front desk was professional and helpful, and Mr Dhrumit and his Dad were awesome, friendly, and very helpful.

The parking lot gave me some concern when I pulled in, and the exterior was a different story from the inside. Once I was in, though, it felt clean and inviting. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was decent.
