The guy at the front desk at night was really nice, and check-in was very easy. Our TV wasn't working, but he helped get it fixed right away. The stay was super nice, and we'll definitely come back. Great hospitality!

We only stayed one night and didn't check out the amenities much, but I'd highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again. The service was excellent, the rooms were very nice, and they were pet friendly too. Everything was spotless and fresh. It was a great price for such a clean, updated place.

We were in town for a medical emergency, and this hotel was a welcome place to stay. Other hotels were trying to price gouge us, but this one didn't; everyone was kind and helpful. The whole place was very clean, and the breakfast area was spotless. I had no complaints. Thanks to Melissa, Damien and Kadrick for everything. You were amazing!

Our TV was a little crummy, so they offered us the room next door to make up for it. The breakfast wasn't huge, but it was clean and fully stocked, and they even had a little latte machine. The woman at the front desk made check-in super easy and was so friendly every time we spoke. Love this place.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. North 27th was far enough away that we didn't hear the traffic. There was no hot tub, despite what the website showed, and breakfast was bland with slim pickings.
