The sheets and room were clean, but the rest of the hotel wasn't, and I wouldn't stay here again. The second entry door lock doesn't work, so anyone can walk in. You have to pick up a phone to get the receptionist to come out, and anyone can get into the hotel. The best part was the nice receptionist. While I checked in, a couple of homeless people were waiting to ask about a room, and it seemed like people lived there more than it operated as a hotel. Seeing the rest of the place, I wasn't going to eat breakfast there. Even driving the last few blocks, I started to think I'd regret staying.

It's been a while since we stayed, but we're still grateful to Chad and his whole team. They were so accommodating and kind to us, and understanding of our 6 year old son, who is profoundly autistic. We'd happily stay again any day of the week!

I was only at the hotel for about 25 minutes before staff threatened to call the police on my family and me. I had come into town for my graduation after receiving my diploma, and my family in Lincoln had come to see me. I was staying from 10/8-10/9, but my room wasn't ready at check-in, so I had to wait. I live out of town, and we brought decorations, food, and drinks for the graduation party I was having the following day. Staff accused me of throwing a party and said my guests had to leave within an hour, even though none were staying overnight and they were only going to be there a couple of hours. They also asked me to leave, though I hadn't done anything wrong. I spoke with the front desk person, and an older man was there too. He laughed when I asked why I had to leave. After they threatened to call the police, I showed him that nobody else was in the room besides me. Most of my family were children, along with five adults including me, and none of them got to spend time with me. The staff were disrespectful and spoke to us unprofessionally, making me feel like I was in the wrong for having family visit, so I left. I've never had an experience like this at any Lincoln hotel I've stayed in. I strongly suggest not staying here and checking the reviews, because people who left bad reviews aren't lying. I've contacted both the hotel and the third party I booked through about a refund and haven't heard back from either. I spent $76 on a room I didn't even get to enjoy because of the employees' lack of respect and manners.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there’s coffee and water in the lobby 24/7, which is nice. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend, including a large refrigerator with an extra sink, a couch, and a table. The pool was very dirty, the hot tub wasn't working, and the whole property could use a deep clean. We skipped breakfast since it was just carbs and a waffle maker. For the price, it was excellent value.
