The pool was freezing cold and unheated, so the kids couldn't swim. Our room had peanuts on the floor when we arrived, the windows needed cleaning, and traffic noise kept me awake all night. I switched the heat and air off, but it still ran the whole night. At first I thought one of the kids had left the water running. Parking costs money, and unless you're a VIP Member you have to park across the street, dodge traffic, and carry your bags over. After checkout I was also told there'd be a GREEN ENVIRONMENTAL TAX. By the time you pay for the room, parking, and that green tax, Airbnb would've been cheaper. Good luck at this hotel.

The ladies on staff really looked after me during the six hours I was there. They were accommodating with parking, a very late check-in, and a late checkout. I came to see my boy play baseball at Concordia University of Nebraska. Your staff were truly amazing and accommodating. Thank you so much.

We stayed for an event at Lied Center and loved our visit. The reservation person was very helpful in finding a nearby location. I could just call them instead of booking online or through AI. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was nice and clean, and the price was good. Breakfast was great, and the underground parking was handy.

The location is great for Haymarket, and the lobby was clean. Breakfast was standard but good. The room was clean and comfortable, though street traffic made it so noisy that I knew we were in trouble when it came with earplugs. Parking isn't free. They charge $20-30 depending on whether there's an event, plus a $5 environmental fee.

We've stayed here many times and always loved it, but Olivia made this visit especially memorable. She was the kindest and most helpful hotel worker I've met. She helped us with our DoorDash order and looked out for us as two girls traveling alone. We felt safe and comfortable with her. She deserves a promotion, she was truly wonderful.
