We stayed three nights and could easily have stayed a week. The room was huge, with a sofa and desk area, tall ceilings, and a kitchenette with a large fridge, dishwasher, sink, dishes, and utensils. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was great. There wasn't a bathtub for our child, but the shower was large enough to make a makeshift bath with them sitting down. Breakfast had lots of good options, and the lobby was spacious with a water bottle refill station. The front desk and housekeeping were very nice. We could walk to pinnacle arena and nearby restaurants, and our package included parking. The hotel was immaculate, with plenty of space for a toddler to run around. I couldn't find a high chair, though I didn't ask for one. The one complaint: the HVAC and fan were very loud in this new hotel and woke us up during the night. We'll come back next time we're in town.

The location downtown was ideal, with so much to do nearby. Our room was much larger than I expected, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had. The rates were also well below nearby hotels, even though the rooms and service felt better. Highly recommend.

The rooms feel more like equipped studio apartments than standard hotel rooms, with a fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and kitchen gear. Everything was clean, quiet, sharp, and comfortable, and the hotel was accommodating. It's new and close to the bars, restaurants, and stadium. I was completely satisfied. Quick tip: metered parking in front is free on Sundays, but charges start at 8am CT Monday. You can pay ahead.

The staff were excellent, and the new hotel was squeaky clean. I couldn't hear the construction across the street, though you may want to choose your room accordingly. The bright lights from the microwave and room temperature control bothered me enough that I had to cover them. The smoke detector's flash every 12 seconds was annoying too. I'll likely stay here again.

The rooms with kitchens are beautiful and convenient, and the employees are very nice. The hotel is surrounded by breweries and close to the concert venue. I wasn't a fan of their QR code parking system, but it wasn't a big deal.
