The Pemi river is beautiful, and everything you could want to do in the White mountains is right at your fingertips. We also saved a ton by being able to cook in our rooms. The riverbank worked perfectly for our family vacation with four energetic boys, ages 4-8. We were given rooms with a shared porch facing the play area, where the boys spent all their spare time. We could walk to Clarks trading post, and when our littlest got tired, it was easy to head back and let him nap without making everyone leave.

The owner woman is always helpful and a sweetheart to talk to. The property is older, but always clean, and they seem to update things like showers or sinks when needed. The location is fantastic, near Whales Tale, Loon, Woodstock Tavern, Common Man, and Clark's, with plenty of restaurants and pubs. In summer, the heated pool is great, though the pool area gets full sun and has no shade. A bonus included with your stay is passes for the indoor heated pool and outdoor heated Jacuzzi at the INN SEASONS resort. They’ve recently been renovated and stay open till 10pm. The Jacuzzi is awesome and large. You’ll enjoy your stay, like we always do!

We even got a magic show, and Hillary has quite the card skills. The pool is clean, the playground is great, and there are new yard games too. This is our second time staying here with our grandkids. We love it, and Hillary, Tyson, and Sierra make you feel like you’re visiting family. See you next year! Good luck with the side hustle next to merlin...

After hiking all day, we were so glad to find out we had access to an offsite resort with a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and other amenities. My boyfriend and I had a perfect one-night stay at this motel. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short visit. The location felt safe and was convenient, and the price was very reasonable. Honestly, a hidden gem.
