The TVs are locked down, so universal remotes won’t let you access other inputs. You’re stuck with the 2000s channel lineup. I also had trouble getting housekeeping to come back after I asked them to return later on Sunday. A manager claimed the cleaner had photographed a magnet on my door that I never put there, and seemed more focused on blaming me than fixing the missed cleaning. She eventually said they could clean the room the next day, then called after me, “you're lucky”. I’ll probably recommend my company book elsewhere next time.

That pitcher of ice cold lemon water in the lobby is such a nice touch, it totally makes my day. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy, though two night stands would be better. We had to leave the air on constantly to help with the pot smell coming from other rooms. Housekeeping got a little loud in the halls late in the morning, but no big deal.

We needed five rooms, and management offered us a great rate. Check-in was quick and easy. The carpets had just been cleaned, so there was a bit of a spell and they were still wet. In my room, water and carpet-cleaning solution made the kitchen linoleum extremely slippery. I asked for a mop and bucket so I could clean up and dry the floor. Apart from that wet flooring, the visit was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was traveling overnight for a funeral service and wouldn’t use this hotel chain again. Another hotel sent me to this sister property because it was pet friendly. Even with a confirmation number, they couldn’t find my reservation, and then they gave us a room that someone was already staying in. I hadn’t realized it was an extended stay hotel. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected, though we were only there for 10 hours.
