Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Lithia Springs

The rooms were clean, and the location was decent, but we paid over $600 for a week and the customer service was terrible. When we asked questions, we were made to feel like a bother. Weather knocked out the power for a couple of hours, so we went downstairs to ask for a flashlight. The front desk had shut the metal slide window and disappeared for the rest of the night. We also lost TV and internet for that night and most of the next day. When I asked how long they thought it would be down, the front desk worker said she works at the desk and doesn’t control the TV. They said breakfast was included, but it was literally coffee and a Nutri Grain bar.

I booked a full week for work, but when I arrived the service elevator was out. The rooms are very small and the beds are uncomfortable. The desk said it wasn’t their problem and we guests had to wait for maintenance. They gave no explanation or timeframe. I wasn’t satisfied with the service or the rooms.

This is a very nice place for the price, with rooms laid out like studio apartments and a kitchen. You can’t beat it. What isn’t very nice is the government blowing up civilians overseas and incarcerating millions of people here. I bet all of that would stop if everybody stopped paying taxes. No service can be provided better by government than by the free market. Abolish government and privatize everything.

Wonderful customer service and a helpful front desk receptionist. I stayed here over Easter and Good Friday. My son left his tablet behind, so I called about it. They found it, returned it to my friend when he came to pick it up, and he sent it to me.
