Holiday Inn Express and Suites N. Myrtle Beach Lit

There were a lot of nice people working here, so I really wanted to give the hotel five stars, but my experience with Sherry, the breakfast host, was bad. She seemed to have trouble with a lot of people during breakfast. I asked for a to-go bag, which is usually already on a hook, because one of my guests was too tired to leave the room and I wanted to bring them something. Sherry reluctantly got the bags, put them up, then said she should have made them come down themselves. The next day, another customer asked her to bring out more sausage. She said he should have come earlier because she was about to close. I pointed out she had ten minutes left, and we’d already waited more than 20 minutes before asking for more. I saw several other arguments between her and customers too. She’s a very rude lady.

The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the water soft. Everyone was spot on, especially Sherry, the breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to check on us and was very sweet. The breakfast was excellent too. We’ll definitely be back.

Our stay was great, comfortable, clean, and easygoing. Brittney at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming, and made the trip feel extra special. We’ll definitely come back.

I enjoyed the water view and found the rooms and amenities comfortable. Sherry, who oversees breakfast, was kind and helpful. It was a great place to stay, and I’d easily return.
