Ac Hotel Little Rock Downtown

Mr. Adrian made the start of my stay at the AC Hotel in downtown Little Rock really pleasant. From October 8-12, 2025, he was courteous and accommodating, greeted me on my first night, and even helped with my luggage at check-in. At checkout around 6 a.m., the valet on duty didn't greet me or offer to help with my bags. I know it was early, but a simple greeting or offer would have made the service feel more consistent.

This is my go-to hotel in downtown Little Rock. I've stayed here for both work and fun and have never had a bad experience. It's conveniently located, always clean, and has food and drinks on site. The staff are consistently helpful.

I left as soon as I could during the ice, after spending my winter storm stay without ice because the maker was broken. When I asked downstairs and in my room for milk for my coffee, they said no and didn't even offer to sell me any. The hotel also wouldn't give me a receipt when I left, then emailed one the next day with a pet cleanup charge for my service animal. Awful hotel and staff, including the manager. I'm closing my Bonvoy account and won't stay at a Marriott again.

The front desk staff were very nice, and the downtown location is central. The valet was fine too, though the line was often long, so another valet might help. Still, this didn't feel like a four-star hotel or like the quality I expect from the AC brand of Marriott. We found hair in the shower when we checked in. We asked for it to be cleaned while we were out. The hair by the floor was gone when we returned, but there was still some on the wall, so we ended up using it as it was and felt grossed out. The room was otherwise okay, but a bit dingy and beat up. The walls seemed very thin. Doors slamming in other rooms woke us several times, and in the morning we could hear a couple next door having intimate time. That wasn't ideal, even if it's not necessarily the hotel's fault. They could take steps to reduce sound between rooms.
