Natasha was probably the nicest person I've ever met at a hotel front desk. The staff overall were super nice and helpful, and the location was great. I didn't hear any other guests through the walls or from the hallway while we were in the room. The room was the main problem. It smelled like fried food every time we walked in, as if there'd recently been a fish fry, and the humidity made it worse. In the heat outside, the AC took forever to cool things down. The bed sagged under my weight, about 115 pounds, and my husband and I rolled toward each other all night. He's not a large person either. The hotel feels average, but needs updating and general repairs. The hallway carpet had rips all along it, and the pool had what looked like tree debris in it. It wasn't the worst pool, but cleanliness could've been better. Breakfast was the usual free hotel kind, nothing special but filling and included in the price. I probably wouldn't stay again because of the facilities, even though the staff and location were great.

Jasmin, the GM, even seems to do gymnastics to make your stay phenomenal. The staff go above and beyond to help, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were amazing. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. They've got the works, and I promise you won't regret choosing this place! 😇

I've been staying here once or twice a year for seven-plus years. The rooms, service and employees have all been great, but I'm giving service three stars because of the parking. The small self-parking lot used to be free, then there was a $12 charge, and this year it's $18. I was here yesterday for one night and also stayed one night in April. Both times the lot was packed, which I'd never seen before. It was graduation weekend, so I understood that, and eventually found a spot. When I left this morning, there was a cone in front of my truck for no reason. There were more cars than spaces, including two huge work trucks, one sticking out about five feet. Getting out was difficult. They need to manage the lot better, with a real way to make sure only guests park there, or an arrangement with the nearby parking garage. The fee keeps rising, but there's no security or check that the cars belong to guests. What are we paying for? I may as well stay at the Marriott a few blocks away and get valet service with the parking fee.

The mattress was a bit stiff for me, and housekeeping came into my room at 9am on a Saturday without knocking, announcing themselves, or giving any warning. It made me feel unsafe, so I kept the do not enter sign on the door for the rest of the trip. Still, it was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and quiet, with everything needed to make a long stay comfortable. Parking was easy to access, and the location was central to lots of great places within walking distance.

The patio and pool were closed, but the area was quiet and parking was good and included, which is always nice. The hotel was satisfactory and well located. The rooms are dated but clean, and could use new furniture, though the beds were good. After we'd been out all day, the room hadn't been cleaned after the first night, so I had to ask for towels. The staff were friendly.
