Quality Inn & Suites

The morning staff were very friendly, but the person who checked me in the night before didn’t seem to know much. My room was just okay, and had stains on the bedspread, ceiling, and in the bathroom. The property badly needs updating. I’m a loyal Choice Hotel member, but if I have to come back, this will be my last choice.

I stayed at Quality in and suites in Little Rock Arkansas on 7/20/2018, booking through my UPS employee benefits discount. I’m contacting you because I’m truly concerned about a hotel attached to Choice Hotels. This property didn’t meet any expectations for “quality” or customer service. The rooms, hallways, and elevators smelled of marijuana and urine, and I saw mold. My room was infested with bugs and roaches, and I’m currently being treated for bed bugs. Rain came in through the window and flooded the room. The building’s siding also fell onto my vehicle. No one answers my calls, and the manager or owner won’t refund me for the rooms. I’m very disappointed with manager Maria and still haven’t heard from Chris the owner.

Maria at the front desk was the only good part of this stay. It was absolutely the worst. The location felt bad, and my wife didn’t feel secure. The ice maker was broken, and on a 94-degree day I was told the pool was closed for the season before Labor Day. It clearly hadn’t been maintained for a while, with weeds overgrown and disgusting water. At 8:00 breakfast had run out of coffee, eggs, and sausage, so they had to send housekeeping for more food. My room was supposed to come with robes, bottled water, and a free newspaper, but none were available. I’ve always tried to stay at a Quality Inn, but this place was a dive.

A terrible stay. My family’s card was charged without authorization on three separate occasions for separate stays, even though we had only one room. The elevator was stuck on the third floor, and its certification had expired the year before, so we had to use the stairs, which were full of trash. There was trash in the vending and ice room too. Our room’s heater didn’t work, and the breakfast was pitiful. Outside, the grounds had litter, shopping carts, abandoned cars, and even used needles. This is the worst Quality Inn my family has ever stayed in.
