The room was already in rough shape, with a damaged door, a crooked headboard, a table propped at an angle by a metal pole, and an AC unit partly torn off. It also wasn't clean. Outside, people were making noise in the parking lot all night, and on the way to check in a man kept offering me free crack. I turned him down each time. I was afraid to check out because I thought the person who'd yelled at me was working the desk, and men were waiting outside my room, so I called police to escort me out. I didn't want to stay another night after that. The worst part started when I booked online. My card was charged 11 times, but luckily my bank stopped it. The room phone connected to headquarters rather than the downstairs office. The person who answered started apologizing, then yelled, “I already told you” when I asked what had happened. I asked for a manager in my best Karen voice. The downstairs manager just shrugged and said it was corporate's fault. Nothing got resolved. Some really bad stuff must have happened in that room.

Brittany at the front desk was so helpful from the moment I arrived. She responded quickly to any concerns and was ready to help with whatever I needed. I’d gladly stay here again. Laundry on site was fairly priced too, $6 for two loads. I’d stayed at two other places in Little Rock and found bugs at both, but none here.

There’s a pool and laundry room, and having security on site eased my anxiety. The rooms are decent, and you can see the effort the hotel puts into keeping guests safe. Staff are consistently friendly and diligent.

For the money, it works out, and we get a room about every other week. Things are pretty good, though something always seems to be broken. Don’t leave anything behind, because it’ll be gone.

The place has improved so much since my last stay, and it made for a much better experience this time. The staff are really awesome, and my kids enjoy it here too. I’m impressed with how far it’s come.
