The room itself was clean and comfortable, but too many small problems made the stay disappointing. The breakfast was limited, the food wasn't hot, and the biscuits were rock hard. The carts were missing parts and hard to steer, and the thermostat buttons in the room were broken enough that I had to pound on them to adjust the temperature. My room cards also failed, so I had to return to the desk for replacements. The person checking me in wasn't rude, just unfriendly. Several guests smelled strongly of weed and left the odor behind them throughout the hotel. For the General Manager: the reservation wasn't under this name, and I don't want to share my real name.

We love staying here. It's one of the less expensive hotels on the west side of the river, and the rooms are reliably clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are decent. Breakfast is usually well stocked, though the dining area is a bit small. The staff are lovely.

The gym was better than what you usually find at a hotel, and the staff came across as professional. The place was very clean, too. You can hear people in the room above and next door because the walls are a little thin, but I still had a good stay.

We'd come back here. The room felt fresh and was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast had a nice variety, though I still wish they served fresh scrambled eggs. This was one of the better places we stayed during our trip.

We stayed in a two-bed queen suite and the room was fine. Breakfast was offered in the morning. The two drawbacks were the luggage cart and the elevator. The cart was so hard to move that my arms started hurting, and the elevator looked very old, moved super slowly, and could fit only two people.
