Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West

We stayed three days and got a good price, so I’d recommend it and would stay again. The exterior and inside were fairly clean, and the west side of Little Rock location was convenient for me. Staff were friendly, though I had to be firm when I asked for replacement towels. The housekeeper first said her cart was empty, then went to the supply room and got some. Breakfast was so-so, nothing special, but there were waffles, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. I didn’t care for the suite with a jacuzzi in the bedroom and didn’t use it. The property boundary is sort of gated off from nearby hotels, though still open. I parked where I could see my vehicle from the room.

I travel for nursing work and stay in lots of hotels and motels. When I’m in LR, I’ll stay nowhere else. My Amtrak train arrived at 3:30 AM, so I booked the night I arrived plus two more nights and called the front desk two days ahead to explain I’d need a late check-in. They said it was no problem. I’ve heard that promise before and then arrived to find my room canceled for being late, but that didn’t happen here. I got there just after 4 AM. GM Raule had already texted the night auditor clear instructions, waived the $75 incidental fee, and had my keys and printed sheet ready to sign. It was seamless. The night auditor greeted me by name, “Hi Shawn, you made it!” My king suite was perfect: spotless, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom in every corner, and quiet. The front door locks around 10 PM, the smoking area was well lit, and I didn’t see people wandering the parking lot. Breakfast had lots of options, and the dining area was spotless. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating, and the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful. The building looks a little older outside, but my stay was clean, safe, quiet, friendly, and affordable. I’ll be back whenever I can.

The room had the usual amenities for a similar budget hotel, but I got bug bites after sleeping in the bed. The staff were the best part, helping us pick restaurants and places to visit.

I first picked this place because the price was good, then came back several times because it was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
