Motel 6 Little Rock AR

I was waiting for early check-in information when Shakira greeted me. She was kind and professional, and chatted with me while I waited. Tay, the manager, then came over and said he'd get me a room as soon as possible. He started singing an older song out of nowhere, and it was soothing without him knowing how much I needed that. You never know what someone is going through. I've never had this kind of top-tier service at a motel. I'm grateful to the staff at the Bankhead location. A 10/10 experience.

The kindness from the staff was second to none. They were so friendly and flexible, and the office felt like walking into a family member's house. I loved staying at the Motel and would recommend it to anyone near Hillary Clinton airport. Come see for yourself.

Everything in room 248 smelled horrible. After trying to deal with it for two hours, my family and I left. The manager wasn't working, so I asked the gentleman on duty to write and sign on my receipt that we checked out early. He said I could call the manager at 10 about getting a refund, but now they won't even put me through to one. This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. If you have another option, choose anywhere else.

The room looked worn and showed its age, with broken tiles and rust in the bathroom. It didn't seem very clean, either, since there was body hair left in the tub. We booked a nonsmoking room, but got one that had clearly been smoked in, with an ashtray on the dresser and a strong smoke smell. When we asked to switch, they told us every room had been smoked in and they couldn't move us.
