Home2 Suites By Hilton Little Rock Midtown/Medical Center

The breakfast choices were great, and the room came with a lot of extras, including a refrigerator, microwave, other appliances, and a dishwasher. It’d be perfect for a long stay. The place was clean and conveniently located near the hospital and zoo, with plenty of good places to eat close by. I was extremely satisfied. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room’s layout worked well, with plenty of outlets and charging ports, and it was very clean. The mattress could use an upgrade, but I still slept well. Breakfast was okay and the coffee was really good. I wish there’d been a few gluten-free pastries or other options. I wasn’t sure about the location. The nearby neighborhoods seemed a little rough, and the hotel sits by itself at the end of a road in a new development area, with not much around it right now. There’s a Target just down the road. The room and cleanliness impressed me enough that I’d book here again.

DeeDee was the highlight of our stay. She was warm, friendly, and happily helped with even small requests. She made friends with our little one and made his day by giving him a special treat. DeeDee is the bees knees! The rooms were clean and spacious, and a good value for my traveling family. Breakfast was really good, and the water refill stations and gym were a big plus. We also used the lobby seating area to meet local family and have a little pizza dinner together.

From beginning to end, we had an outstanding experience. Tee at reception was phenomenal: warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. She went above and beyond to make families feel welcome and cared for, handling every detail with real skill and kindness. P.S. That’s her picture with my son!
