Americas Best Value Inn & Suites University Ave

The staff are friendly and courteous, and the hotel is mostly very quiet. I hear traffic more often than other guests, which makes it feel peaceful. The whole place is clean and organized, and my room was magnificent, neat, and orderly. No bugs of any kind, always a plus. The other rooms are spacious too, but if you stay here, book the jacuzzi room. It's one of my favorite places to stay.

The owners were really nice and respectful, and were willing to work with me. Just be honest, keep things clean, and don't make too much noise. I had a great stay and would recommend this place to everybody. It's the best motel on university, with lots of space, two beds, and a comfortable sitting chair at a reasonable price. My only concern is that they don't seem to offer weekly discounts like some other motels.

The jacuzzi room was great, with color-changing LED lights along the ceiling. There's a train track not too far away, so light sleepers should bring earplugs, though the trains run less often overnight.

The sign says all rooms are renovated, but mine had holes in the walls, blood on the walls and shower curtain, and a door split down the middle. The fridge leaked water onto the floor, and only the bathroom light worked. The front door dragged across the floor and was very loud to open. My kids in the next room were freezing because the heater didn't work, or screaming all night. I don't see how they can claim every room is renovated. This place is a dump and should be torn down. This is an honest review, the full truth.
