Little Rock Marriott

I really enjoyed my stay at this Marriott and would gladly return on a future trip. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at, with a beautiful city and river view from my room. The room was quiet, modern, and spotless, a nice place to relax after exploring. The property was well maintained and conveniently located near local attractions, restaurants, and services. The atmosphere and experience were excellent from start to finish. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I appreciated the lounge access, with evening snacks and a very good breakfast each morning. Those touches made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was on a company trip, and the hotel was beautiful with spacious rooms. The housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms on my floor before I left for sessions, so I expected mine to be clean when I got back. Instead, the bed hadn't been made and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told I needed to request cleaning, though I hadn't seen that policy mentioned anywhere. My coworkers said their rooms were cleaned without asking. They did send someone to clean mine that evening after I called. I'm not sure what the policy is, but there was a communication gap. Apart from that, it was a great experience.

The location made getting to downtown Little Rock easy, and the hotel looked well cared for. The Starbucks staff were kind, too. When I had a problem with my card charges, the team followed up and worked hard to sort it out. Robyn and Mrs. Beasley deserve a big thank-you for helping me. Valet service was friendly. If there's a convention or local event, expect the wait to run longer than planned, though the guys kept us updated, and we understood. We also ordered room service, and the older gentleman who brought it was so sweet. They'd run out of bread pudding, so I’ll have to come back and try it next time. One of the best hotels I've stayed at.

I liked the character of the porcelain sink, and the bathroom itself was nice, even if it felt a bit dated. The doors and doorways could use an update too. Holiday Inn has more modern bathrooms, in my opinion. Still, I loved the hotel's elegance and the views on my first stay. A few small updates would make it perfect.
