The place is clean, organized, and well maintained, and I’ve never had a complaint. It always feels comfortable and welcoming. The whole staff has been helpful, professional, and friendly. General Manager Shelby especially stands out for being kind, knowledgeable, and willing to take time with every question or concern. Her attitude and leadership are a big reason I want to keep renewing. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the team’s care and effort.

For what you pay each week, you get no daily housekeeping, and clean sheets are free only on day 14. Need them earlier and there’s a fee. They charge for phone use, extra toilet paper, and decent Wi-Fi, while laundry is $4 for the washer and another $4 for the dryer. The vending machine prices are outrageous, and the key cards keep failing, so you’re constantly walking back to the office to get in. Pull off the sheets and check the mattress, then go to the office and ask for a refund. You’d be better off at a local hotel. Code enforcement should investigate this place ASAP.

Shelby, the manager, has made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming from the start. I can’t be around cigarette smoke, and I really appreciate that she makes sure people aren’t smoking near the entrance. It says a lot about how much she cares about guests’ health, safety, and comfort. She’s kind, professional, positive, and always goes above and beyond. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The team she leads is amazing too, and I’ll definitely recommend this location to others.

There are bad roaches, and I have pictures to prove it. The room might be clean or not, it’s about 50/50, and the appliances barely work. The TVs are poor in every room, and laundry costs way too much at $10 per load. The side doors don’t lock, which makes me feel unsafe at night, and there are no amenities at all. People are outside late playing loud music, drinking, and doing drugs, and they wake me up. The front desk is often unattended. Housekeepers are friendly and the location is convenient, but that’s about it. Shelby is rude, and I have pictures of front desk staff sneaking around with married residents.
