Fairfield Inn & Suites Livermore

There isn’t much around the hotel apart from a gas station, and outside had a slightly odd smell. Still, I’d come back. The place was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I slept well. The woman serving breakfast was cheerful and genuinely kind, which really stood out.

They had both cribs set up in our room as requested, which was great. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had a good range of choices. Elise, the breakfast attendant, was wonderfully friendly and kind. No complaints at all.

The parking setup was frustrating. There are no paths through the planted strips between the parking lanes, so getting luggage to the room means going to the end of a row and back, or dragging it through the mulch. It feels like the lot was planned for cars without much thought for people. The access roads don’t help, either. Inside, the lobby areas were attractive and comfortable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and laid out well. The curtains didn’t meet or block the light fully, which was disappointing. Even cheap motels have figured that out.

Elise, who manages the breakfast area, was so thoughtful and went out of her way to make our stay special. She even sent us off with breakfast snacks. The young man at the front desk was friendly and helpful when he checked us in, too. The hotel was spotless, and our room felt fantastic and modern. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return if we’re in the area.
