We needed somewhere on short notice and stayed here a few days ago. The bed was comfortable, and it had the basics we needed: a room and bathroom. But it hadn't been cleaned since our previous stay a few days earlier. What made us leave was a man who came up to our car while we were getting things from the trunk. He stared inside and touched things, then said he wanted to know what was in the boxes. When my fiancé asked if he worked there, he said no and kept pressing us. We felt unsafe and left. The hotel gave us only part of our money back because it was close to 3 p.m. I don't like leaving negative reviews because everyone has feelings, and I don't want to cause anyone problems. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It didn't feel secure, and there seemed to be a lot of people living there full time who made us uneasy.

The room was clean, but I'm still waiting for my $100 deposit a week after checkout. We called and were told they'd let the manager know. Shouldn't it go back to my card automatically? I shouldn't have to call about it.

I stayed one night, 8-16, and the staff were great until the evening. My daughter needed to do laundry for her trip to Europe, and the man working there was extremely rude to her and swore at her for no reason. She's one of the nicest people, so that was completely unacceptable. I've been a gold card member for years. This employee needs to be disciplined. I was asleep at the time, otherwise I would've put this bully in his place.

The location was convenient for getting to local attractions, and the atmosphere was quiet. At Rodeway Inn Livermore, our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. I had a fantastic visit and can't wait to come back. Easily worth five stars.

It was easy to relax here after a long day, thanks to how quiet it was and the really comfortable bed. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I'd recommend it to others.
