Studio Inn Livermore

The bed was comfortable, I slept well, and a short drive got me some delicious food nearby, including awesome Thai. The room was small but clean, with good internet, and the owners were lovely. I picked the place at random because it was close to family, and got lucky. I'll be traveling around California regularly and will keep it bookmarked for when I'm in the area.

I come here whenever I'm visiting the area. The little studio rooms are clean, cozy, and pretty quiet. There's a gas station next door, Lucky's down the block, and downtown Livermore nearby. Great price for a quiet getaway.

The owner or manager, Nick, only takes cash and doesn't give receipts. I suspect he knows he could get in serious trouble if this came to light. The bathroom was disgusting, from the shower and toilet to the sink and floor. There was hair on the sheets and blankets, and I believe the place is infested with bed bugs. In room 107, I got numerous bites all over my body. They were in my hair and clothes, and I couldn't sleep because they kept coming out of the headboard. They don't have maids, and either the manager cleans the rooms or he pays a guest or homeless person $5 to do it. I can only call that cleaning for lack of a better word. This was the nastiest, dirtiest place I've stayed. These owners shouldn't be making money from a nightmare like this. Don't ever stay here.

I lost $90 because I booked through hotwire and couldn't get a refund, then refused to stay in such a disgusting place. The motel has a sign saying they don't give refunds. I can't understand how they're still in business. There was hair everywhere in the bed, on the covers and sheets and mattress itself. The shower was filthy and had hair in it, and the toilet seat did too. I also saw bed bugs in the bed and on the headboard.
