We only stayed one night, but we'll be back. Lanell made us feel at ease, and the breakfast was amazing. She also took time to visit with us, which was really nice. I highly recommend At Nana's Guest House.

We felt right at home on the patio with Sam the cat. The hosts were gracious and brought out homemade smoothies and lovely pastries. It's a beautifully decorated, relaxing home in Hill country, and the price was very reasonable. Give this hidden gem a try.

Nana has everything covered, from toiletries and a blow dryer to coffee, tea, a mini frig, TV, and Wifi. She surprised us with a delicious homemade breakfast of pecan praline french toast, fruit, and blueberry maple sausage. The bed was cozy and plush, with a Texas-made pillowtop. The whole place felt like our own home away from home, and we'd absolutely come back. We rented a room, which gave us the private front half of the quaint cottage: a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Nana is nearby in the back half if you need her, or you can rent the whole house, with the kitchen, family room, another bedroom, and another bathroom. There's a swing on the quiet front porch, plus comfy chairs, a fire pit, and lush, peaceful surroundings on the back patio. I spotted a hummingbird while having coffee outside, which made my day! Be ready to give Sam, the Siamese, some love, along with Penny, a 17 year old deaf Cocker Spaniel who, like Nana, doesn't look her age. For things to do, walk by the river and see the rock stacks. The Rock Stacking Festival is in March.

We stayed three nights and plan to come back. It felt like home, was very clean, and the breakfast each morning was amazing. Nana is such a sweet person, and we really enjoyed talking with her. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the Stevie Ray Vaughn Tribute on August 26th and had a great time. Everything was wonderful, especially the awesome breakfast. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back!
