We were here for a hockey tournament, and the hotel was close to several rinks where we played. The building was quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was great with lots of choices each day. The one problem was the slippery parking lot. Across the road, the new york beer project had amazing food.

The view from our room was peaceful and inspiring, and the rooms themselves were clean and lovely. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. Everyone we met on the check-in, breakfast, and room cleaning teams was kind and caring. Such a hidden gem.

The beds and rooms were clean, and the showers were roomy and nice. The location in town was pretty convenient, though there wasn’t much of a view. My only complaint was breakfast: during our stay, the continental spread from 6-10 am EST didn’t have much variety.

The price felt a little high for the location, but this was a clean, comfortable, well-placed choice for our one-day family stop in March 2025. We wanted somewhere convenient near Buffalo and Niagara Falls, and it worked well. Check-in was quick and smooth, with friendly front desk staff. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning kept things at a nice temperature. Breakfast was included and had a decent mix of American and vegetarian choices. For a short visit, it met our expectations, and I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with lots of tasty choices and a bright dining area. The location made it easy to explore Lockport, and parking was convenient. The property felt safe and welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Lockport. The staff were friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived, and check-in felt smooth and welcoming. Our spacious room was fresh and well cared for, with a cozy bed, good lighting, and all the amenities we needed. We were very happy with the experience and would stay again.
