The hotel is brand new, very clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The smart TV was nice, and it stayed quiet apart from hearing people next door through the thin walls, even with my TV on. It’s just off I-75 but far enough away that highway noise wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. I had to ask for service on the fourth day. No one had come to take the trash or bring towels during my first three days. I’m fine with every other day, but four days was too long, especially with the small trash cans and a daily shower. Every other day has been the norm at the other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at. And don’t complain about ladybugs getting into your room. It’s Georgia, you’re going to get them.

We enjoyed our stay while traveling. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds comfortable, and the staff so helpful and kind.

There were worn socks left on the carpet from a previous guest, and the shower control handle was broken and came off when I pulled it. Housekeeping could do better, and the facilities could use more care. The room itself was spacious and very new, which I appreciated.

I visited in September 2025, when this brand new hotel was about two weeks old. The room was lovely and came with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and the utensils you might need for a staycation. It’s right off I-75 and next to Tanger Outlets, which is handy if you want to shop while visiting family nearby. This was the first dual hotel I’d seen, with TownePlace Suites on one side and SpringHill Suites on the other.

The property was brand new, very clean, and had friendly staff. I stayed for three days and was glad I’d read reviews of nearby hotels before booking. I’d absolutely stay here again, 10/10.
