Quality Inn Conference Center Logansport

The hotel itself was pretty good and comfortable, but Sharron made the stay uncomfortable and complicated. She accused us of bringing 4-6 guests into the room and cooking there, and said she had footage. The room was just somewhere to stay while we worked on a home remodel. She denied service despite our reservation, but never produced footage to support her claims. When Choice customer service tried to sort things out, she hung up on them too. I have a feeling she may be racist because we’re Hispanic. She was rude to the worker and my dad, who were staying at the hotel, but when I called her with no accent, she was suddenly nice. Just wanted to give others a heads up.

It feels like stepping back into 1991, and they haven’t tried to modernize the property. But they clearly work to keep it looking, smelling, and feeling clean. I spend a lot of time in hotels, and this place was very clean. The staff were extremely nice, and the restaurant was good quality and very well priced. The hotel itself seemed a little pricey, but at under $100 a night, I can’t complain.

The pool is out of service indefinitely, and the “breakfast” was a joke. They also charged the security fee twice, and I’m still trying to get that resolved. Calling the hotel or its service number is a joke. The room was clean and neat, the front desk staff were friendly, and they handled a TV issue quickly and politely.

The food was good, and the exercise room machines were okay. The bathtub was dirty when we first arrived. The motel wasn’t bad, and I’d like to come back sometime.
