The location works well for all kinds of needs, with restaurants, doctors, shopping, a movie theater, and health clubs nearby. The staff are very friendly, and I’d stay here again or recommend it to friends and family. The concept is good, but cleaning could use more attention, so bring your own disinfectant and cleaning supplies. If you make it clear that an issue matters to you, the staff will address it. Prices could always be lower, and I was surprised by a price increase.

I’m a regular Extended Stay customer and usually book the 22nd St. Facility in Lombard, Illinois. Oleg and Jackie consistently make sure I’m well accommodated. My rooms are always clean, comfortable, and pristine. They’re both first-class people with excellent people skills, and I enjoy seeing and talking with them. They represent the company very well. Keep it up, you two.

I lived comfortably at the Extended Stay Lombard/Yorktown for nearly two years, and it felt like home from the start. The staff treat guests like family and go well beyond standard customer service. The suites make long stays practical, with a full living area, a kitchen separated by a bar with stools, and a large refrigerator. There’s room to set up an office too, and the rooms feel more like apartments or condos. A beautiful pond nearby draws ducks and geese, and the walking paths make everyday life feel peaceful. From the bottom of my heart, this particular location is warm and welcoming, and you can feel right at home there.

I’m a regular Extended Stay customer, but Saturday, November 8 was my first time at the 22nd Street Facility in Lombard, Illinois. The hotel was letter perfect in its cleanliness, and the staff were exceptionally cordial and professional. I was impressed by the rooms and the care given to every detail. The whole team deserves recognition for the pride they clearly take in doing their jobs so well. I’ll keep making Yorktown my first choice for Extended Stay lodging in the Chicagoland area. It’s one of the few locations that still serves breakfast, while many others have dropped that perk, which I find puzzling. The coffee was especially full-bodied and smooth. Someone there definitely has the magic touch. Keep up the good work!

I’m recovering from a leg injury, and walking is good for me in moderation. This is a great place for that. The staff are polite and busy, but they’ll pause to answer questions. Everything seems well organized, like a well-oiled machine.
