The pet walking area is decent, and having a Starbucks next door is nice. We don’t eat breakfast, though the coffee wasn’t very good. It was our third stay, and I wish there were another pet-friendly hotel around. The room wasn’t very clean, there was no soap or shampoo in the shower dispenser, and the beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve had in years of hotel stays. We’ll look for another area to stop next time.

The outside seating area was honestly the best part of the hotel, haha. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the floors had candy wrappers beside the tables, and there were marks all over the walls. Towels, sheets, and blankets were stained, and there was hair on things. I didn’t see bugs. I waited five minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When a man finally arrived, he did his job but wasn’t very talkative and seemed eager to leave the desk. If it hadn’t been midnight and I hadn’t needed a place while passing through, I’d have gone somewhere else.

There were lots of dogs inside, and with my bad allergies I worried animals in the room before me might affect me. The hotel doesn’t set aside specific pet rooms or areas. Our room also wasn’t very clean, and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. None of the ice machines worked, and staff had no alternatives. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness and overall condition, and don’t plan to stay again.

We needed a place at the last minute, and I was really happy with our stay. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I’d give four stars, though, because there are never enough towels, and all hotels need more jacuzzi tubs. I’ll certainly stay again. Note: I left a few rocks for my late son’s Facebook group. He passed away at 19, and his nine siblings, father, and I started a rock group to keep his memory alive. Please feel free to take the rocks and replace them.
