There were some good points: a warm pool in a nice courtyard with lounge chairs, friendly staff, shuttle service to the cruise port, a roomy shower with good pressure, and decent TV channels. But we had cockroaches, someone in my family stepped in gum twice, the bed was hard, and the pillows were hard too. Our bathroom had no hand soap, and one of my family's rooms had no A/C. Also, $15 a day for parking is outrageous for a three-star place.

It was cheap, but I left feeling like I needed a shower. The room didn't feel clean, and it looked very outdated. There was just one old towel, barely white, and the bedspread felt synthetic. It's all attached, so taking it off would leave you freezing. They charge for parking at a place where you drive right up to your room. This is a motel, not a hotel.

A convenient spot for a cruise park-and-stay, with a shuttle to the port too. The hotel itself is nice, but the walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbors talking all night.

I booked a room with a Jacuzzi and, believe it or not, got the same room I'd had in 2018. The Jacuzzi still takes so long to fill that the water is cold by the time it's full. It was like that then, and I can't believe it still hasn't been fixed. Before settling in, check the Jacuzzi's water pressure and temperature.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the prices seemed reasonable compared with other hotels that are overrated. It's a lovely hotel with nice rooms, quite close to the ocean. I highly recommend it. Thank you!
