Lighthouse Oceanfront Resort

The kids especially loved the heated pool, which was a big plus in winter and made the trip feel special despite the cold. The resort's location is fantastic, too. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back.

We could hear the ocean from our room, and the view of the dunes and trees was beautiful. We were on the first floor, with a short, pretty walk down to the ocean. The updated rooms were well equipped, and the staff were welcoming and kind. We loved it and would plan another stay!

At Lighthouse Oceanfront Resort, the room was spotless and had everything we needed to cook simple meals. My husband, our 2 pugs, and I watched the sunset from our second-floor room. It was warm, quiet, and inviting. An ottoman would have made it easier to get comfy by the fire, but we had a lovely stay.

We came because we needed a place to stay, but we'll come back because we want to vacation here. The room was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully arranged, and every staff member we dealt with, from booking through checkout, was beyond excellent. The pool made a lasting memory for us. For the first time in decades I got my hair wet and swam. It was a clean, perfectly warm 89 degree pool, and our 2 year old had a really positive first time in the water. Our 4 year old would have happily stayed a full week instead of our short visit. Breakfast brought back memories of a stay in Europe. The hospitality, quality of the food, and strangers gathering by the fire were unlike anything I've experienced in my home country.
