The room had holes in the bathroom wall and ripped chairs. We paid for two queen beds with an ocean view, and that’s what our confirmation said, but got two full size beds facing a gigantic garbage dumpster with trash scattered around. When we brought it up at the desk, the redhead there said she couldn’t do anything and told us to call booking.com. We’ve never had a hotel handle a problem that way. Go anywhere else if you want what you paid for. We won’t stay here again.

I came to the city for work and booked this hotel. I called to say I’d arrive after 8 pm, but no one picked up. I sent a message too and got no reply. As a result, I couldn’t register or check in. The hotel still hasn’t contacted me or responded, and they haven’t returned my money. I’m going to file a complaint with the State.

For around $100 a night, the price is hard to beat. The rooms are large and clean, with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. You can bring dogs, and the beach and town are easy to get to.
