AmericInn by Wyndham Hotel and Suites Long Lake

The room was cozy, quiet, and very clean, just what I needed after a long day. I arrived around 1 AM, and the front desk staff member was still kind and welcoming, with an easy check-in and a smile. The next morning, they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual 6-9 AM hours when I asked. That thoughtful help made my day. I'd recommend staying here in the Long Lake area, even if you're arriving late. The staff really do go out of their way for guests.

The hot tub was permanently closed, which was the only drawback we noticed. Still, staying here instead of at a hotel in Delano saved us money, and the short drive for the hockey tournament was worth it. The staff were very friendly and worked with us on a late checkout. We'd stay again.

I've stayed here several times, and each visit has been great. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the place has a quiet, relaxing feel. The new owners are friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about guests. Works well for a visit for work, family, or just passing through. Highly recommend.

We booked a few rooms for a family gathering. Mine was okay, but relatives found dirty rooms: one had a used towel left by a previous guest, toiletries from someone else were in another bathroom, and one room was very dusty. The hot tub is permanently out of service, which was disappointing since we'd planned to use it. The accommodations were pretty underwhelming.
