Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lonoke

We’ve stayed here twice in the past two months, and both times Samantha checked us in. She’s so helpful and represents the hotel really well. Her welcome alone made us feel we’d chosen the right place. The location is quiet, and the beds are comfortable, so my wife and I both slept well.

They charged three of my cards more than $400 for one night. Some of the extra amounts were refunded, then another $71 charge showed up two weeks later. They said it was a mix-up. If they didn’t know who we were, why did they eventually refund money after hours of hanging up on me and not answering? We called the police about the theft and filed a BBB complaint against them and Hilton. The woman at the front desk was mean during our stay and is still mean and evil. We want all our money back. Their ad says you get a full refund if you’re not satisfied. Shady place, and they won’t answer the phone either.

The one night stay was supposed to cost $126, but they charged three different cards and I still have no receipt. The transactions include $143, $136, $64.39, $7.31 and $71.70, with another charge two weeks later. Nothing is clear, communication is nonexistent, and the receipt makes no sense. Shady, shady, shady.

Friendly staff, a good breakfast, and hot coffee that hit the spot. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, pretty much all I could ask for in a hotel.
