It's right off the freeway, with quick access to get back on and a few places to eat within walking distance. The rooms are clean. Speaking as someone who needed elevator and ♿ access, both the elevator and accessible rooms are a short distance away.

My husband and I were really impressed with our stay at the Best Western Plus Glendale. We had a small problem with the jetted tub, but Assistant General Manager Remy was attentive, professional, and quick to help. The solution he offered went beyond what we'd expected. That kind of care is rare. The staff were warm from the moment we arrived, and everyone we met was polite and accommodating. Housekeeping kept things neat and fresh, and breakfast was tasty, fresh, and well stocked. The room was spacious and spotless. I even tested the floors, counters, bathroom, drawers, tub, shower, dressers, dining table, TV, and headboard with a white tissue, and everything came out clean. For the price, location, and service, this hotel is a plus. I'd happily stay again when we're in Eagle Rock, Glendale, or the LA area.

We had a terrible stay and I wouldn't come back. The room was next to the vending and ice machine, so we heard all that noise. The shower barely worked, and our key didn't open the jacuzzi door at all during our three-day stay.

A small parking lot with tight spaces, so I'd fold in your side mirrors. The bathroom was tiny, with a patch of pink mold in one corner and dusty air vents. Still, it was a convenient place to rest and recover, especially since it was last minute and there's not much to complain about. The hot breakfast had lots of choices, and the location is right by the freeway on-ramp. We didn't notice the noise, though we kept the AC running, which may have helped.

Nick at the front desk is the man, really accommodating. This Best Western is clean and the staff are friendly. I'd highly recommend staying here.
