The location was great, and the room looked new or recently updated. It was very clean, and I was impressed by how nice it was. The gym was nice too. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very small. Breakfast was okay for bagels, muffins, and waffles, but there was no meat or warm eggs.

I'm a longtime Marriott Bonvoy member and often pick Marriott hotels, but this was the worst stay I've had. The manager said she'd call to discuss the problems and never did, which made it feel like they didn't care. Even though the hotel seemed half empty, we were put on the first floor beside the continental breakfast area and woke up very early from the noise. At night, odd smells came into the room, including marijuana. The toilet also stopped flushing for a while. It was a bad night, and there are better options down the road.

I was in town to visit a friend and stayed at TownPlace suites by Marriott. It was a nice hotel, with shopping and places to eat nearby, so the location worked really well.

The pool was the one letdown for us because it was so small. Our boys love swimming, so that kept this from being a five-star stay. Otherwise, the staff were great, the room was very nice, and breakfast had some of the best biscuits to go with the gravy.
