Century Park Hotel

Nico went out of his way to help me extend my LA stay when a bad snowstorm back east meant I couldn’t get home. He did everything he could to accommodate my requests, and the customer service was among the best I’ve ever had. Check-in was easy, and the room was nice and clean. You can stay here with confidence.

The front desk team was great, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Still, the front door was out of commission, there was no soundproofing and I could hear virtually everything from the room above, and the bathroom walls were dirty and needed repainting. I found a dirty towel on the furniture when I arrived, and the mug was dirty too. It was wrapped in cellophane, but still had dried leftovers from whoever used it before. I paid $250 for one night and wish I’d gone somewhere else. For the experience, even $80 would have felt generous.

This was our second stay, and both times we’ve had a quiet, relaxing, enjoyable visit. Love this hotel, and it’s a peaceful place to stay when visiting the Beverly Hills area.

The location worked well for the places we wanted to visit, but I wish parking were included for hotel guests. There’s a fee, and the room wasn’t soundproof, so we could hear cars outside. The valet also seemed unsure at times. After I showed him our parking number when we were heading out, he checked twice and still brought us the wrong car. I’d give the hotel 3 out of 5.
