I had a really unpleasant stay and don't want to come back. The bed wasn't clean, and fluid leaking from the refrigerator made the floor easy to slip on. There was no tub plug, so showering was the only option. Housekeeping left only bar soap, with no shampoo or conditioner. It was hard to sleep with police driving around where I could hear and see them. The community felt like a ghetto to me. Zero stars.

The rooms are clean and I thought the price was fair, but read all the fine print before booking. I was a repeat guest and won't stay again. On a sad day for my family, the man at the desk chose to be petty instead of kind and professional. He made me switch rooms, wait in the lobby for three hours, and go without a shower. I checked online after leaving, and all available rooms were the same price; the room I'd had the night before was clearly available too. There was no reason for the hassle, and it would have cost less if housekeeping only had to clean one room. He was also rude to the mother and children ahead of me, so I shouldn't have been surprised. I agree with the earlier review that this desk man seems to prefer causing problems. It makes me feel a little better to know I'm not the only woman who's had trouble with this creep.

The location seemed better than average to me, and the front desk was very polite. I arrived pretty late and got into my room right away. It cost about $100 for the night. The room was older than usual, but clean enough, quiet, and the air conditioning worked, which matters a lot to me. I slept decently. Breakfast was provided, but as usual it was pretty poor, about what you'd expect from a free breakfast. The main complaint was parking: there weren't any spaces inside the motel, so I had to leave the car on the street.

The shower had great pressure, the boiler was good, and the AC worked well. It was $100 a night. During covid19, the window people were very nice and helpful. The room cleaning could've been better, though, as I noticed some black mold in the bathroom. I enjoyed my visit overall and will definitely return next time I'm in the area to see family.
