A security guard outside was alert and proactive, which helped us feel safe. The two men at the front desk were very nice and professional, too. They made check-in welcoming and smooth, and let us in early as soon as our room was ready, so we didn’t have to wait until 3 p.m. Great service.

William and Brian at the front desk were kind and accommodating when I made requests. I stayed 10 nights in the Queen Suite, which had a spacious bathroom, a large soaking tub, a full kitchen, and a small balcony. The location worked for my needs, though some people might prefer to be nearer restaurants and shops. Free underground parking was a big plus.

I stayed for five days. The room was clean, the staff were kind, and there was plenty of parking. The location was great, the room rate was reasonable, and I felt safe. When I checked out, I’d left some valuables in the room, but housekeeping saved them for me. They’re trustworthy, and I really appreciated it. Everything was great. I’d easily give this a five-star rating and strongly recommend it. Thank you, I’ll visit again soon!^^

We had to leave close to midnight and find a clean hotel after finding long hairs on the sheets in both rooms, 504 and 507, and a roach in 504. We were there for a Thanksgiving trip, and the mess ruined our holiday. In room 504, staff changed the sheets two or three times, but long hairs were still there. Another night, we saw a roach run across the bathroom and escape under the sink. The front desk moved us to 507, but there were hairs on those sheets too, so we left. The manager on duty, William, refused compensation for the nights we’d already stayed. He said something like, “We don’t know if what you saw was a roach. There’s nothing I can do.” When I called again to discuss it, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back. I hung up and had my husband call, and William answered immediately. We eventually had to get Expedia involved. Since I’d booked through them, they helped get a partial refund for one of the two nights. The hygiene, service, and management were terrible.
