Goldfinger's Get Away Bed & Breakfast

We stayed for 6 days and liked it more with each passing day. Marsha was a lovely host, happy to help while still giving us space. The room price includes a full, delicious homemade breakfast. The house has a kitschy, homey look with some antiques. There's a shared bathroom, but since there are only two bedrooms, and nobody else stayed there while we were visiting, it wasn't an issue for us. It's a little out of the way in N. Hollywood, near Burbank and up in the valley, but close to a highway. The touristy part of Hollywood is only about 15 minutes away. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.

We were there for only 20 minutes before deciding to leave and pay for a hotel instead. My young daughter was uncomfortable even sitting on the couch. We arrived early, so I expected a bit of cleanup left from the previous guests, but there were layers of dust and huge piles of broken rock in the front yard. There was also noisy construction just a few doors down, which hadn't been disclosed. The area didn't feel good to stay in either. I would give no stars if that were an option.

Marsha Goldfinger and her Daughter Annette put out a wonderful breakfast, with egg cups, assorted breads, fresh fruit, and more. It's a whimsical, homey place and extremely comfortable. We'll definitely book again. Thank You Marsha!
