Good Nite Inn West Los Angeles

The pool was nice, the coffee was good, and the room and bathroom were clean. Still, it was only okay for one night, and I'm not sure we'd return. The room seemed a bit overpriced for its size, and the continental breakfast was very limited. Check that all the sheets and blankets have been properly cleaned. The refrigerator was clean but smelled strongly of mildew. They offered to move us right away, which may explain why the blanket in the second room hadn't been cleaned or changed thoroughly. Otherwise, decent.

The room had a nicer design than most generic hotels and seemed clean. It was a good location and pretty nice for the price. Free Wi-Fi worked well enough for me to work online, with only occasional buffering. In the morning they had coffee, cereal, and a few continental breakfast items, nothing special, but handy if you're rushing out. There was construction noise in the morning and people banging on doors late at night, though that wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault. I'd stay again.

We stayed five nights and I didn't want to leave. There was plenty to do nearby, but we also enjoyed spending a day by the pool and relaxing in the room. The pool was really nice, the place was quiet, and the staff were friendly. The beds and showers were clean, housekeeping did a great job, and they also had coffee and a small breakfast. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting west L.A.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, parking was ample, and the included kosher bagels were a nice surprise. It's fair value, and I'd return, but check-in was frustrating. We arrived at 2:45 for the 3 p.m. check-in after being told early check-in wasn't available because they had been full the night before and rooms were assigned first come, first served. We had a wedding later that afternoon, so we booked a second room to get ready, but it wasn't ready. We didn't get into it until midnight, when we didn't need it anymore. They should have refunded that night's charge.
