We came to the office as directed to meet Mark Lopez, but he wasn’t there. The front desk had no details or confirmed time for his return, and said there was no guarantee when he’d be back. Now we’re worried the same poor coordination could affect check-in or building access. It’s frustrating to have made the trip based on your instructions, only to lose time and deal with this inconvenience. Please confirm things properly before asking us to come on-site again.

Be careful. I booked through Booking.com like other people, then changed my mind after reading the reviews and canceled. It took five months to finally get my money back. They kept returning little amounts, around 10% of what I’d paid, until Booking put pressure on them and they refunded me.

The small annoyances add up here. Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the cushions felt too tall and hard for me. The AC is really loud, with no way to shut off just the fan, so it’s either blasting or off. The chairs in the sitting area also feel cheap. Nothing major, but still.

I never stayed because they charged me twice, which was a terrible experience. After booking, I also got some questionable links asking me to confirm my card details, even though the payments had already gone through. Getting the charges refunded took a long time.
