I booked two beds in a four-person room with a shared bathroom at Green Homestay for 14 nights, October 10 to October 24. For a night or two the price might be acceptable, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. The owner seems uninterested in guests' comfort, and the place was noisy, poorly cleaned, and unsafe for valuables. Getting in touch was difficult. We waited outside for a long time when we arrived, and contact is by email or phone, which is nearly impossible without internet or a local SIM. The hostel has no information desk or staff you can reach when needed. When we came back late at night after being away for over ten nights, the cleaning staff started cleaning and disturbed our rest. The first two nights were noisy too, with guests repeatedly going in and out and slamming doors. The bedroom wasn't clean, the bathroom was dirty, and they don't provide toilet paper. The bedroom door wouldn't lock properly, valuables could easily disappear, and several neighbors had complained about theft. Some people smoke drugs, and there's often a smell around the house. The beds were uncomfortable, especially those on the upper floor, where it felt like you could fall off. Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, and the shared living room had poor furniture and a TV that didn't work. The location is good, close to the city center. There's free parking around the house and a shared kitchen that was fairly clean.

There was no parking, and the neighborhood didn't feel safe. We booked for two people, but when we arrived, they told us to make another reservation. What kind of booking is that? We ended up with two reservations and didn't stay. The room smelled bad and was on the third floor. People hanging out on the second floor were extremely loud, and the stairs were dilapidated, definitely not safe for a family. It's a dump of a place to rest. Priceline should ban this listing, or at least all listings from this company. Priceline also gave us no refund. Is there a negative star?

There was no receptionist and absolutely no security. People were sleeping in the bed I was assigned, and they threatened to fight if I didn't leave the whole room. I saw a resident with an ounce of Marijuana near the dorm areas. They may claim there's security, but I spent nine long days there and never saw a single security person. Management stopped responding after the initial ID verification I sent by cell phone. I was grateful just to get out alive. If you insist on staying here, bring mace or a taser, and may the Lord have mercy on your soul.

No toilet paper, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I booked a bed in a room for six but was put in one for eight. I don't think they ever clean the place or change the beds between guests. If you arrive after 10 p.m., they'll leave you to sleep on the street even if you've told them you're coming.
