Engel made a big difference during my stay. My third-party booking had a small problem that could easily have been brushed aside, but he sorted it out calmly and with empathy. He checked back to be sure it was resolved, and offered local suggestions without my asking. It felt like he cared about how things went for me. I arrived exhausted and frazzled after a long day of travel. Engel greeted me warmly, explained everything clearly, and took time to ask how the trip had gone instead of rushing through check-in. His kindness and problem-solving made an ordinary stay a great one. He's a real asset to the hotel, and I hope management recognizes him and gives him room to grow. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to thank him.

The free breakfast had a good spread, potatoes, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, bagels, bread, and waffles. There was a roomy lobby, and Whole Foods, theaters, and shopping centers were nearby. Our fourth-floor room had a nice view. It was clean, with clean windows, comfortable beds, and spacious showers. Really liked it.

This was our second visit, and we'll definitely come back. Sierra at the front desk was amazing, so helpful and kind. I messaged in the morning for toothbrushes and she took care of it, and she also arranged to have balloons in our room before check-in. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. There were hair shavings and nail clippings scattered around the sink. It was kind of gross, lol.

The gym was clean and well looked after, just right for a quick workout. Breakfast was fresh, had a good selection, and stayed well stocked. I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Porter Ranch. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and I'd come back.

This is the hotel we keep choosing when we're in the area. The rooms feel new and clean, service is on point, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The staff are great, too. We held a baby shower in the private room, and Diana Perez helped us reserve and set it up, making sure everything was just right. Definitely recommend staying here.
