Industry Inn & Suites was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Right from check-in, the office staff were unpleasant and unprofessional. The older man working there was especially rude and dismissive, treating customers without respect. It felt as if our being there was an inconvenience. The room was just as bad. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable, with every spring noticeable, so it was nearly impossible to rest. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The whole stay felt unsanitary and unsafe. The place is poorly maintained and managed, and the customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it under any circumstances. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if I could.

One of the worst stays I’ve had. The rooms are in horrible shape, with clogged tubs and obvious neglect. The mattresses are so worn out you can feel the springs, and even lying down hurts. They keep putting me in the most rundown rooms and refuse to move me to a better one, even when I book online with a special request. Once, there were so many flies in the room I stopped counting after killing more than 20. Disgusting and uncomfortable, and it shows how little they care about guests. The customer service is the worst, too.

A great place to stay. The people there make sure you’re taken care of, and it feels very safe at night. I’d highly recommend it.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. The bedding was torn, and the towels had stains.
