Lyfe Inn is a basic boutique-style hotel near Beverly Hills, and you can walk to the Grove. That location is handy if you're exploring on foot. Parking is limited and first come, first served, so plan ahead if you're driving. Our room had two queen beds and a sofa bed, with space for up to five people on paper. The sofa bed was basically exposed springs with a thin bit of padding, though, so I wouldn't count on sleeping well on it. The room itself is minimal. The bathroom is small, with a sink and standing shower, and its door doesn't lock. There's no coffee maker in the room, either. They require a $150 security deposit at check-in. Lyfe Inn can work if you're after a budget-friendly place in a prime location, but it's more convenient than comfortable.

For an inn, I was surprised by how attentive the service was. The price is like a 3 star hotel, but the service felt closer to 4 star. The rooms had been newly remodeled with luxurious touches. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The room was clean, and the pillow-top mattress looked fairly new and felt comfortable. I liked the bathroom and shower as well. My only complaint was that the manager left the courtyard's back door ajar all night, opening onto the back alley.

The location is great, with plenty of stores nearby and just a 7 minute walk to the grove. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a nice little spot, and I'd absolutely stay again.

It's a small, intimate motel, and the location is exceptional. I was there overnight for medical reasons. The check-in welcome was kind, the rooms were clean, and the courtyard must be really cute in spring and summer. Thank you, Mike!.
