I paid a significant amount for the service, but the quality was poor. Then I waited more than a month for my refund, which was stressful and inconvenient. Instead of sorting it out properly, they asked me to rebook and pay even more. That felt unfair and unprofessional. I did eventually get the refund, but the whole process was slow and frustrating. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
