The reception team were especially friendly, professional, and helpful, and I was treated really well by the staff. Prices are among the best I’ve seen in Downtown LA. A comfortable, affordable place to stay, and one I’d recommend.

We were comfortable here for our two-night stay. The room was roomy enough for two, smelled nice when we opened the door, and there was plenty of parking. We liked the service and the location. The only problem was the toilet water wouldn’t drain.

I love coming here. The rules are good, it’s clean, and people are respectful and willing to help when they can. I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else. Best motel ever.

We cut our trip short after finding more cockroaches on the bed the next morning. There had already been several in the room during our stay, and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The carpet was so dirty that my three-year-old granddaughter’s feet were black by the end of the night. The beds were uncomfortable and broken. The bathroom light didn’t work properly and kept flickering. A lamp wasn’t secured to the wall, its wires were exposed, and we couldn’t charge our phones properly. Our truck barely fit in the tight parking spaces. The A/C wasn’t sealed, so we could hear people outside all night and see daylight coming through. It also had a musty smell.
