The location was convenient, and the front desk person was fine, but I really wish I hadn’t stayed. The rooms smelled bad, the mattresses had gross stains, the beds were creaky and wobbly, and I saw a few roaches. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, and you can’t use the stove or oven. Other guests were on the phone early in the morning and eating in bed. The lockers were crammed beside a bunk, making them barely accessible.

I told them clearly through the booking app that I’d be late, but they did nothing about it. When I arrived an hour after office hours, I was stranded outside the hostel and had to book somewhere else for the night. I asked for a refund, and they never replied. The customer service was the worst I’ve had at a hostel.

A really laid-back place. There’s a common area where you can keep food or hang out and talk. I had a private bathroom room, and everything looked clean. Just ask for towels.

Convenient spot with lots of public transit nearby and tourist sights like the Hollywood stars within walking distance. The place was very clean, and the staff were polite. Great price too. I’d give it 10 out of 10 and book again!

It’s self-serve, and it looks like they’ve added extra bunk beds to fit more people, so don’t expect five-star service. There’s a condominium construction site next door and it was a little noisy, but quiet at night! 🏘️
